The Website offers the online purchase service, which provides a 24-hour, simple, and direct service with all the advantages of having an extensive catalog of updated products available from anywhere through an internet connection.
1. Generalities
All prices are in Euros, and in accordance with current regulations, all purchases made through the Website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), and this amount is included in the price. The user will be able to see a breakdown of the product amount and VAT in the shopping cart before confirming the order.
Orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla are exempt from VAT according to Article 146 of Directive 2006/112, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the current regulations in each of these territories. Furthermore, the territories of Ceuta, Melilla, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands will have different shipping costs, detailed on the same website.
The Owner reserves the right to modify their prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of purchase, except in the case of manifest typographical errors.
The Owner reserves the right to reject an order from any User with whom they have a dispute or have had issues with previous purchases.
2. User Obligations
Every User who makes a purchase through this Website declares that they are of legal age and, if applicable, have full capacity to use payment methods, and that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products. The User also declares to fully and unreservedly accept all the conditions of this Legal Notice.
The User can place one or several purchase requests for products or services offered through the Website.
When placing an order, the User accepts the specifications and characteristics of the product offered. In this regard, the Owner states that the products shown in the photographs on this Website may undergo slight differences from the final product in terms of sizes, color, components, etc. due to availability from the manufacturers. The purpose of the photographs will be to guide the User or provide presentation suggestions, without implying in any case contractual images. The Owner ensures in any case that these differences will not imply lower quality of the products.
3. Shipping Conditions
The orders placed may be shipped via Correos (3 to 5 business days) or an express courier service (1 to 2 business days). The User can choose the courier company they prefer, and each one will have a different cost.
At the moment, there is no minimum order requirement, although this may change over time.
Weekends and holidays, orders are not processed or delivered, and the delivery will always depend on the associated courier companies.
Shipping costs will be indicated at the end of the order.
Additional shipping costs caused by the declaration of an incorrect or incomplete address are the absolute responsibility of the User.

5. Guarantee
5.1. Breakage guarantee and other incidents
Shipments are insured in case of breakage, damage, loss, etc.
Once the product is received, the User must immediately inspect it to verify that it is complete and in good condition, as they have 24 hours from its reception to report any type of incident. There are no exceptions due to insurance requirements.
Once the incident has been verified and accepted, we will contact the User to provide instructions on the next steps to take. In these cases, the User will not be responsible for the expenses derived from resolving the incident once it has been recognized.
6. Right of withdrawal
In compliance with Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, the right of withdrawal of the User is informed.
6.1 When the User is a consumer and the contract is concluded without the simultaneous physical presence of the User and the Owner (distance selling), the User shall have the right of withdrawal described in this section, with the exceptions provided for in Article 103.
6.2 According to Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, in its Article 103, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to (among others):
d) The supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
e) The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
In relation to this section, with the User’s order, they give their prior express consent with the knowledge that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.
7. Availability
The Owner undertakes not to offer Users a product that is not in stock, except in case of computer error or any other unforeseeable situation. In the event that such an unfortunate incident could occur, the Owner commits to inform the User and reach a satisfactory agreement with them.
